13mm SMALL - Approx. 11mm inside diameter and 13mm outside diameter

16mm LARGE - Approx. 14mm inside diameter and 16mm outside diameter

Inside diameter is the inside measurement of the earring from one side to the other.
Outside diameter is the full measurement of the outside of the earring from one side to the other including the earring itself.
